Client Relationship Coordinator – Wealth Services

We’re seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator who will contribute to client relationships, financial strategy, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with prospective clients through proactive outreach and engagement

Coordinate schedules and book qualified appointments for financial advisors

Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs and ensure appropriate advisor matching

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients throughout the engagement process

Support a positive and professional experience for prospective and existing clients

Accurately enter and maintain prospect and client information within the CRM system

Coordinate advisor calendars and appointment scheduling across multiple locations

Track outreach activities and maintain organized records of client interactions

Support marketing and prospecting initiatives through accurate documentation and follow-through

Ensure data integrity and adherence to company processes and procedures

Generate qualified appointments through marketing and prospecting efforts

Contact, qualify, and schedule prospective clients for advisor meetings

Attend seminars and educational workshops and assist with event coordination

Help convert prospects into long-term clients through effective follow-up and relationship building

Work proactively to support business development goals and department objective
Qualifications:

Previous experience in appointment scheduling, inside sales, client relationship management, or a related role

Strong communication and follow-through skills

Ability to build rapport and motivate prospects to schedule and keep appointments

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals

Bachelor's degree

Financial services, wealth management, insurance, or related industry experience

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Microsoft Office proficiency

Additional Information:
Compensation:
Salary range: $59,000 – $69,000 per year
