As an executive assistant, you will provide support for the credit union’s executive team; including a wide range of administrative duties such as research, evaluation and recommendation on credit union items and projects and organizing administrative tasks with outside vendors. Every day, you will work with multiple facets of the credit union including other employees, executives, board members, visitors, and vendors. Additional duties involve overseeing internal supply purchasing, managing assigned budgets, and assisting with coordinating meetings and events.
Here's what you can expect:

Performing specialized and confidential administrative duties

Scheduling vendor service, maintenance, and installations

Coordinating and planning details and technology setup for events and meetings

Providing support for preparation and distribution of materials for meetings and committees

Serving in a backup capacity to our facilities coordinator and other executive assistants

Supportive, positive environment
Here’s what we expect:

40 hours a week, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday

Education equivalent to a two-year college degree or a minimum of two years related work experience with progressively responsible duties

Effectively communicating with coworkers and members

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
