JOB SUMMARY
You will serve as the primary support resource for operational systems and process rollouts. Your core focus is ensuring teams have the guidance, training, and hands-on assistance they need — whether during active deployments, day-to-day troubleshooting, or when errors and edge cases arise. You’ll work closely with developers and leadership to translate real-world issues into actionable improvements.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational system support, troubleshooting issues and resolving user concerns.
- Provide guidance, assistance, and training to team members on systems, processes, and best practices.
- Investigate system errors, identify root causes, and coordinate with development teams when escalation is required.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Partner with leadership and development teams to plan and implement process and system changes.
- Actively test and validate new processes, features, and system rollouts alongside operational teams.
- Ensure smooth adoption of changes by supporting users before, during, and after implementation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong operational, support, and systems background.
- Experience providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training.
- Comfortable working directly with both operational teams and technical developers.
- Skilled at identifying process gaps and translating user needs into practical solutions.
- Adept at bridging people, processes, and technology.
