About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Front Office Medical Receptionist to join our La Jolla OB/GYN office. This is an important patient-facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming, supportive environment for women seeking care. Experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology is preferred. Occasional coverage at our Encinitas office may be required.
What You’ll Do
- Warmly greet and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to the clinical team.
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and care.
- Verify insurance, collect copays, and assist with billing-related tasks.
- Maintain patient records and appointment schedules using electronic systems.
- Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment.

$22.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
