Essential Functions
- Install new plumbing systems, pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to blueprints and plumbing and building codes.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
- Assess work sites to determine the best method and materials for an installation or repair, including making access through walls or floors.
- Collaborate with general contractors and other trade professionals during construction.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on systems carrying water, gas, and other fluids.
- Inspect systems to identify malfunctions and potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and hydronics.
- Knowledge of building and plumbing codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing challenges accordingly.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail.
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Licenses
- Active Colorado Journeyworker Plumber License.
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License with safe driving record.
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling fifty (50) or more pounds.
- Working in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined spaces, locations of height, and varying weather conditions.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
