Position: Independent Driver (Contractor)
Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Flexible – Based on Rider Work Hours
Compensation: $26 Per Rider / Daily pay

About the Role
We are looking for reliable and professional independent drivers to join our Free Ride to Work program. Drivers will be responsible for transporting individuals from home to work and back daily. This is a community-driven initiative aimed at providing free, dependable transportation for eligible workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use your own insured and well-maintained vehicle for daily pickups and drop-offs.
- Follow the rider’s unique work schedule for consistent on-time service.
- Maintain direct and timely communication with riders.
- Track and confirm completed pickups and drop-offs.
- Manage your own fuel costs and vehicle maintenance.
- Report any delays, cancellations, or changes to the rider's schedule.
- Maintain professional, courteous behavior at all times.
- Optionally solicit and sign up additional eligible riders into the program to earn extra money (no cap on rider count as long as punctual service is maintained).
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable and presentable vehicle.
- Proof of vehicle insurance.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate routes and adjust to schedule changes as needed.
- Smartphone for app use and GPS tracking.
- Must pass a background check.
