Job Description
We are a VERY BUSY business center seeking only experienced, smart and motivated individuals with a passion for customer service to join our team as an Experienced Business Center and Print Shop Employee. In this role, you will be the face of our business, responsible for assisting customers with their printing needs and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. You must be technologically savvy. You will be required to complete a test to acknowledge such. You will also handle cashier duties, basic math tasks, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of our shop.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, addressing their printing inquiries and needs.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, providing receipts and change when necessary.
- Maintain basic math skills to calculate print costs and handle financial transactions.
- Keep the business center and print shop clean and organized, including restocking supplies and tidying workstations.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure printed materials meet quality standards.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate print options and provide guidance on print specifications.
- Operate and maintain various print shop equipment, including printers, copiers, and binding machines.
- Utilize analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot minor technical issues with printing equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to prioritize and manage print orders efficiently.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for customers at all times.
Qualifications -
- High school diploma or equivalent (MUST HAVE).
- Previous print shop experience or previous experience creating shipments with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS) is a huge plus.
-Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 35lbs at any given time.
- Previous customer service and cashier experience required (MUST HAVE).
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating print costs.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
- Analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical issues (MUST HAVE).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts Available :
Multiple shifts are available including (9-4:30pm, 12-8pm and 2-8pm)
Employees will work minimum 3 days a week Monday through Friday (hours may be flexible)
Saturdays (rotating) will be required as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
