Hampden HVAC is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead HVAC Service Technician to take the lead on service calls and field operations. This hands-on role is ideal for a seasoned technician ready to step into a leadership position, mentor junior techs, and ensure top-tier service delivery for residential and light commercial clients.

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems

Lead service calls and coordinate on-site activities

Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and service

Support and train junior technicians as needed

Maintain accurate service records and job documentation using mobile tools

Adhere to safety standards and client contract requirements

5+ years of professional HVAC service experience
-
Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to pass a drug test and background check (required by client contracts)

EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Experience supervising or mentoring field staff

Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile dispatch apps
