Billing & Accounting ManagerAbout the Role
VBJ is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Accounting Manager to oversee daily billing, accounting, cash management, old gold processing, reporting, and compliance activities. This role is critical to ensuring smooth store operations, financial accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily billing operations and customer transactions.
- Oversee cash collections, bank deposits, and payment reconciliations.
- Handle old gold purchase/exchange documentation and processing.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and accounting systems.
- Monitor store expenses and support financial reporting.
- Coordinate inventory shipments and related documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and financial controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or retail operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and reporting skills.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
