Dermatic Medical Aesthetics is a boutique, patient-centered aesthetic practice in Encino dedicated to delivering natural-looking results through exceptional care and advanced aesthetic treatments. We are seeking a skilled, personable, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team.
Position Overview
This position is intended to provide immediate and ongoing clinical support as our practice continues to expand. We are seeking a team member who is available to begin contributing in the near term and is interested in building a long-term career with our practice.
Qualifications
- Active California RN, NP, or PA license in good standing.
- Previous aesthetic injectable experience of 1 year minimum.
- Ability to provide reliable, ongoing coverage consistent with the needs of a growing practice.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and patient education skills.
- Warm, polished, patient-focused bedside manner.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, infection control, and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Administer Botox®, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments, including RF microneedling, chemical peels, and additional skin rejuvenation procedures (based on experience and training).
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, pre- and post-treatment care, and maintenance plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are maintained according to strict sanitation, sterilization, and infection control protocols.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up while fostering long-term patient relationships.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
