Duties
- Engage with customers in both English and <second language>, delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, plans, and accessories, encouraging customer engagement.
- Assist customers with selecting suitable wireless plans, devices, and accessories based on their needs.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales performance.
- Maintain an organized sales floor by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash and card payments with professionalism.
- Provide phone etiquette support by answering inquiries clearly and courteously, directing calls as needed.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and <second language> is essential for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions.
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette to engage customers confidently.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is a plus but not required.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively through demos and explain features clearly.
