We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Parts Manager to lead ourThermo King parts department with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties
- Lead the parts sales team by setting goals, motivating staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences.
- Manage inventory control, stock ordering, and parts stocking to optimize availability and reduce waste using an inventory management system and analytics.
- Negotiate pricing, deals, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales revenue while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Oversee POS (Point of Sale) transactions, cash handling, cashiering duties, and ensure accurate retail math for all sales activities.
- Maintain comprehensive records of parts orders, sales transactions, and inventory levels; utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and analysis.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication skills, phone etiquette, and personalized service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience with a solid understanding of parts and accessories.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with diagnostics knowledge.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Proficiency in inventory management software such as CMMS; familiarity with POS systems is essential.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills—both verbal and written—and customer relationship building expertise are critical for success in this role.
