Apex Pest Control — Bakersfield, CA
Apex Pest Control is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Door-to-Door Pest Control Sales Representatives.
This is a commission-only sales position with an uncapped earning opportunity. You’ll be responsible for going door-to-door, speaking with homeowners, identifying pest-control needs, and signing up new customers for recurring pest-control services.

- Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods
- Introduce Apex Pest Control to homeowners
- Educate homeowners about pest problems and available services
- Generate new customers and close pest-control accounts

No pest-control or sales experience is required. We'll help train the right person and assist with the process of obtaining the required Branch 2 Field Representative (FR) license.
Commission Structure
Our compensation is designed to reward people who produce.
The more homes you sell, the higher your commission tier can become.
There is no traditional salary cap. Your income is based on your sales performance, giving motivated representatives the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings.

Schedule: Extremely flexible — work as little as 1 day per week or as many as 7 days per week.
