As the Clinical Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our clinical operations. You will bridge the gap between administrative goals and direct patient care. You will lead, mentor, and inspire our clinical staff, oversee daily clinical workflows, maintain strict regulatory compliance, and champion quality improvement initiatives. This position works onsite Monday-Friday, day shift hours.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise all clinical support staff (RNs, LPNs, and MAs).
- Manage clinical staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage, smooth patient flow, and minimized wait times.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team environment focused on mutual respect and continuous learning.
- Oversee triage protocols, patient intake, rooming standards, and clinical documentation.
- Manage the procurement of clinical supplies, vaccines, and medications, ensuring proper storage and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee infection control protocols, patient safety initiatives, and the proper handling of clinical incidents or grievances.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role—ideally within primary care, family medicine, or an outpatient clinic setting.
- Strong proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (Medent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with value-based care models, PCMH recognition, or population health management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and administrative staff alike.
- Proactive identification of bottlenecks and implementing creative, efficient solutions.
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
