We're hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder on growing Steady Growth as a business. This is not a client-facing role. Your focus is entirely on internal operations: inbox management, calendar coordination, business growth planning, prospect research, data tracking, and turning rough ideas into executable plans.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the founder's inbox: triage, draft responses, flag items needing direct attention
- Own the founder's calendar: schedule calls, block focus time, coordinate check-ins
- Run daily or weekly syncs on business goals and priorities
- Research prospects, pull insights, and set up outreach so the founder can show up and perform
- Track growth metrics (Loom views, connection rates, pipeline movement) and surface trends
- Take rough ideas and build initial plans with timelines and next steps
- Coordinate post-podcast content for social distribution
- Handle recurring admin that would otherwise fall to the founder
Required:
- 2+ years supporting a founder, executive, or business owner in an EA or operations coordination capacity
- Strong written English for drafting emails, Slack messages, and outreach
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and at least one project management platform
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern time zone business hours (5–6 hours minimum overlap)
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace for video calls
Preferred:
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or consulting environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, Loom, or podcast coordination
- Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting and research
