Every customer who walks through our doors has a different story, and our mission is to help them find the perfect e-bike while delivering an experience they'll remember.
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, learning new technology, and working in an environment where no two days are the same. Whether you're helping a first-time rider choose their first e-bike, assisting with a rental, or supporting our service department, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
As an E-Bike Sales & Service Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Guide customers through the process of selecting the right e-bike for their needs and lifestyle.
- Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after every sale.
- Educate customers on e-bike features, safety, maintenance, and proper operation.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers with questions or scheduling.
- Support bike rentals and ensure every renter has a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Participate in group rides, community events, and demo rides when scheduled.
- Perform basic bicycle assembly, adjustments, and light mechanical work (training available).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom and service area.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and day-to-day store operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive without constant supervision.
- Comfortable learning new technology and product information.
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn basic bicycle maintenance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable using Windows computers, Google Chrome, email, and basic office software.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Previous retail sales or bicycle experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
