Full-Time Lead Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (Queens, NY)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Queens, NY. This position is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and supporting clinical excellence while remaining actively involved in patient care.

- Assist the Rehab Director in the supervision and support of the rehabilitation department, including occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as therapy aides
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical guidance to therapy staff
- Support team members with patient care needs, treatment planning, and problem-solving
- Help ensure efficient department operations and adherence to facility policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Rehab Director regarding scheduling and departmental needs
- Promote compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards
- Maintain a partial clinical caseload as determined by the Rehab Director
- Support quality, accuracy, and timeliness of clinical documentation
- Valid New York Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
