Pay & Benefits
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
- Starting rate: $17.00 per hour
- Additional $4.00 per hour available through our healthcare opt-out incentive program for eligible employees following completion of the introductory period
- Potential earnings up to $21.00 per hour

What You'll Do
As a Packaging Operator, you'll play an important role in producing and packaging high-quality bottled water products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll help keep our production lines operating safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment
- Ensure products meet quality, food safety, and production standards
- Load and replenish production materials including shrink wrap, cardboard, and caps
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Respond to equipment alarms and clear minor jams
- Assist with routine machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Complete production, quality, and safety documentation accurately
- Use pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Report equipment, quality, and safety concerns promptly
- Follow all company safety, GMP, food safety, and quality requirements
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move production materials as required
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive movements involving hands and arms
- Ability to work safely around automated equipment and forklifts
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, noise levels, and wet conditions
- Ability to wear required PPE including hearing and eye protection
