You'll come in with solid experience and grow into full account ownership, with real mentorship from leadership along the way.

The role
You'll manage projects end-to-end, serve as a client contact and work closely with creative, strategy and production to keep everything moving. You'll start by running project work and supporting accounts, building toward full ownership with steady coaching at every step.
What you'll do
- Manage client engagements from kickoff through delivery
- Keep timelines, scopes, budgets and milestones on track
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, growing into the primary lead over time
- Partner with creative, strategy and production teams
- Anticipate problems, flag them early and drive solutions forward
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of agency or client-facing experience managing projects end-to-end
- Fluency across digital, print and strategy-based workflows
- Strong communicator — in writing, in meetings and in the in-between moments that matter
- Organized, self-directed and proactive by nature
- Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to find footing
- Curious about people, confident in yourself and genuinely collaborative
- Based in SF / Bay Area or fully comfortable working California hours

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
