We are excited to announce the opening of our newest West Boca Raton location, scheduled for Q4 2026, and we are seeking an exceptional Med Spa Manager to help lead this launch.
Position Summary
The Med Spa Manager will oversee daily operations, team development, guest experience, membership growth, provider support, sales performance, and overall profitability of the location.

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of providers, estheticians, and guest experience specialists
- Drive membership and retail sales performance
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Manage scheduling, staffing, payroll, and operational efficiency
- Coach employees on sales, customer service, and performance expectations
- Monitor KPIs and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Maintain compliance with company policies and medical protocols
- Partner with ownership and leadership on growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience
- Med spa, aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven sales and customer service success
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
