Overnight Boarding Tech (6:30PM–6AM Wednesday Nights through Saturday Mornings) – Because Dogs Are Cooler Than People Anyway

Baltimore Bark House is on the lookout for a dependable, dog-loving human to join our overnight team as a Boarding Technician from 7PM to 5AM. This isn’t just a job—it’s a lifestyle for introverts, dog whisperers, and those who prefer the company of fur over small talk.
What You'll Be Doing (besides chilling with dogs while the world sleeps):
- Deep cleaning kennels, daycare floors, and all the "whoopsies" that come with a day of tail-wagging fun
- Tackling dishes, laundry, and the occasional slobbery surprise
- Taking our overnight guests on calming potty walks under the stars
- Setting up clean, cozy kennels for the next day's doggy guests
- Sanitizing toys, water bowls, and everything in between
- Tidying up admin spaces so our morning crew can pretend it’s been spotless all along
- Keeping our four-legged clients happy, comfy, and well cared for while their humans snooze away at home
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone responsible, trustworthy, and self-motivated (you’ll be flying solo most of the night)
- Able to lift 50 lbs without crying about it (okay, you can cry a little)
- Comfortable around dogs of all shapes, sizes, and sass levels
- Not afraid to get a little dirty (or a lot dirty, tbh)
- Cool with working some weekends and holidays—because dogs don’t know what Labor Day is.
Bonus Points If:
- You’ve worked with animals before
- You have an unhealthy obsession with lint-rolling dog hair off your clothes
- You enjoy peaceful nights, the hum of a vacuum, and the occasional dog side-eye
