We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The Shift Manager will be in charge of delegating tasks to employees, monitoring their performance, and providing feedback. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to motivate employees to meet their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Train and develop staff members.
- Maintain records of employee attendance and performance.
- Effectively communicate with other employees to ensure smooth operations.
