What You'll Do:

Lead and coordinate care for assigned residents
-
Administer medications and complex nursing interventions per care plans
-
Monitor and evaluate resident conditions and respond to changes

Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with physicians, residents, and family members
-
Ensure accurate and timely documentation and charting

Serve as a mentor, advocate, and example for compassionate care
What We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (Idaho or compact state)

Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills
-
Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team

Knowledge of long-term care regulations (or willingness to learn)
