Job Overview
Hauling LLC is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a manual transmission dump truck and transporting materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, and asphalt to construction sites throughout the CSRA.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a manual transmission dump truck.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Transport materials to and from job sites in a safe and timely manner.
- Properly load, haul, and dump materials while following all safety procedures.
- Keep the truck clean and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally.
- Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B (depending on your truck requirements).
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission (no automatic restriction).
- Clean driving record.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in random drug testing.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous dump truck or construction hauling experience.
- Experience hauling aggregates, asphalt, dirt, or gravel.
- Basic knowledge of truck maintenance and daily inspections.
