About Fertility Specialists of Texas
Fertility Specialists of Texas is a leading fertility clinic known for advanced treatments and a genuinely compassionate, patient-centered approach. We offer a full spectrum of reproductive care, including consultations, IUI, IVF, and egg, sperm, and embryo freezing, with high success rates and a team that shows up for patients at every step of their journey. We are proud of our clinical excellence and equally proud of the environment we have built for the people who deliver that care every day.
The Role
The Patient Services Representative is the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, and that moment matters more than most. We're looking for someone to join our float pool on a per diem basis, based out of our Plano, TX location and covering shifts across our Dallas-area locations as needed, including Dallas Baylor, Dallas Perot, Rockwall, and Southlake. This is a great fit for someone who brings professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in a fertility clinic, warmth and composure aren't just nice to have, they're part of the care.
Schedule
This is a per diem, floating position with shifts offered on an as-needed basis. You'll be asked to work a minimum of 3 shifts per month (including 2 Saturdays per month) and holidays alongside weekday coverage. Typical shifts run 6:30am to 4:00pm on weekdays and 6:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays.
If you've been looking for meaningful, professional work that fits around your current part-time or full-time schedule, this role was built for that.

What We're Looking For
This role requires a specific kind of professionalism. Our patients are navigating one of the most emotionally complex experiences of their lives, and we need someone who can stay calm and composed under that weight.
