Property Caretaker/Handyman - Martha's Vineyard (Full-Time Year-Round Position)
Beautiful Martha's Vineyard estates seeks a reliable, hands-on caretaker/handyman to oversee and maintain five (5) residential properties and a private dock. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing both routine maintenance and special projects.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- General property maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, seasonal prep).
- Scheduling and assisting outside vendors (HVAC, pest control, electricians, painters, landscapers, etc.)
- Off-season inspections, problem-solving and minor repairs.
- Managing property supplies, tools and inventory.
- Supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with contractors or team members to ensure timely completion.
- Overseeing small projects and ensuring properties are ready year-round.
- .Occasional driving or errand assistance as needed.
Must reside on Martha's Vineyard - not negotiable
Competitive salary, based on experience.
Some weekend hours will be required.
