HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE
You'll work within neighborhoods where Marvelous Lights has already completed installations, helping homeowners learn about available lighting options and connecting interested customers with our sales team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Speaking with homeowners in assigned areas
- Generating qualified consultation appointments
- Explaining key benefits of permanent lighting systems
- Building trust through professional communication
- Participating in team training and skill development sessions

COMPENSATION AND ADVANCEMENT
Performance drives opportunity.
New Team Members: $4,000-$7,000 per month
Experienced Appointment Setters: $6,000-$10,000+ per month
Top Producers: $100,000-$150,000+ annually
Future Leaders: Assistant GM and GM advancement opportunities with substantially greater earning potential
