Job Title: Bilingual Construction Laborer
About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Construction Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Littleton, CO. This role is responsible for assembling wall panels and trusses in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner while ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is comfortable with power tools, can follow measurements precisely, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut sheets.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wall panels or trusses according to specifications.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic nail guns.
- Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work effectively with team members to meet production schedules.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual (Spanish & English).
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or assembly preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and measurements.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 1st & 2nd shift available
Pay: $20 - $21/hour
