Bowman Hospitality & Convenience has an opening for a hotel Maintenance Technician at our Home2Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton locations. The Maintenance Technician will perform a wide variety of tasks to ensure the property's facilities, equipment, and systems are in good working order. The Technician must complete regular inspections, repairing minor plumbing and electrical issues, clean HVAC coils, and change filters. Additional responsibilities include painting, troubleshooting problems in guest rooms and common areas, executing timely repairs, and assisting with general upkeep of the building's exterior and grounds. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsible for ensuring hotel brand standards are met. Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in the hotel industry a plus.
