Pay and Compensation Structure
We believe your time is valuable. We pay a guaranteed hourly rate instead of unpredictable cents-per-mile (CPM):

Base Pay: $23.00 / hour (First 40 hours)

SOLO1 Routes (Home Daily)(6PM-8PM) :

SOLO2 Routes (Overnight / Regional Sleeper)(Start Times Varies):

Note: We also offer Hybrid Routes mixing SOLO1 and SOLO2 schedules based on freight availability. Weekend availability is required for all positions.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles transporting dedicated Amazon freight.

Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Maintain high standards of safety, DOT compliance, and timely deliveries using Amazon routing software.
Qualifications and Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and safe driving history.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screen.

Comfortable operating on evening/overnight schedules.
