Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to enhance their stay
- Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure excellent customer service at all times during guest interactions
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual setting
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience in guest relations, front desk duties, or hospitality management roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
