Regan Roofing, Inc. is a mid / large company looking for seasoned roofing & sheet metal professionals motivated in the project management/sales field. Minimum 3 years experience with; low slope & steep slope, commercial specifications, and online plan take-off software programs.

Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, the Commercial Project Manager is responsible for:
· The development, implementation and execution of paper & digital plan take-off and estimating, in order to provide accurate and concise information in preparation of Estimates and Proposals.
· The development, implementation and execution of marketing strategies and programs for the sales region, in order to properly focus resources, constantly broaden our customer base, and to maximize sales opportunities.
· The development and implementation of manufacturer and vendor relations in order to produce estimated material needs and customer budgets. Knowledge and foresight to Value Engineer plans and specs and consult with customer team members on such matters.
· Assisting in the production of estimates and updates/extensions of estimates in order to ensure that job costs are accurately projected for every project, to satisfy the requirements of our customers and to maximize the opportunity to increase profitability.
· Networking with potential new customers and current customers in order to constantly broaden our customer base, increase and enhance our sales opportunities and to make sure the company is positively differentiated from the competition.
· Maintaining CRM Platform with up to date information relative to customer dialogs, project opportunities, bid and job status.
· Maintaining sales-related reports (Weekly Activity Reports) in order to record all information available regarding residential roofing & sheet metal activity in region, and to keep management abreast on important new information regarding customers and competitors.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
