About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team. This role plays an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly by coordinating material purchases, tracking orders, and ensuring job sites receive the supplies they need on time.

What You’ll Do

Assist with purchasing materials and equipment from vendors

Coordinate deliveries and logistics for multiple job sites

Track purchase orders and ensure materials arrive on schedule

Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, orders, and delivery updates

Maintain organized purchasing records and spreadsheets

Support project managers and leadership with operational tasks

Help coordinate travel arrangements when needed

Assist with additional projects as the department grows
Experience in the HVAC or construction industry is a plus, but not required.

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
