An experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med-Surg Adult assignment on the Day Shift. 13-week contract offers guaranteed hours, competitive weekly pay, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative acute care environment. Qualified profiles are expected to move quickly!
Position Details:
- Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Locations: Lincoln, ME - 04457, US
- Setting: Medical-Surgical (Adult)
- Type: W2 Contract - Locals & Traveler Both are welcome!
- Duration: 13 weeks (possible extn.)
- Shift: 7a to 7p (12 hrs X 3 days)
- Guaranteed Hrs: 36 Hours/Week
- Start Date: 08/10/2026 & Later
- NOTE: Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week assignment!
Requirements:
- Active Maine RN License or Compact RN License
- Current BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
- Min. 1 year of Med-Surg RN experience
- BSN - Preferred
- ACLS (AHA) - Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and reassessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications safely using the Five Rights of Medication Administration
- Monitor patient response to treatments and medications
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide patient and family education
Compensation:
- Local W2: Up to $2,160/Week ($60.00/hr)
- Travel W2: Up to $2,360/Week ($32.50/hr + Travel Stipends [M: $60/day | H: $110/day])
