Input, orders, and returns into the ERP system.
Follows up on customer complaints, back orders, and shipment status, etc.
Updates and maintains customer database within ERP and other systems as well.
Assists customers with products and requests.
Assists sales department with customer support including order entry.
Maintains confidentiality with customer information.
Provides support to management as needed.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
