A seamless flow between our back of house and front of house is essential. That’s where
our Expeditor comes in. We’re on the search for a person to manage the pace and flow of
dishes coming out of the kitchen, act as quality control on double checking orders and
communicate with wait staff or food runners to come pick up finished plates. Is it you?

Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between the front of house and back of house for food orders
- Partner with kitchen staff and food runners to expedite food to the dining room
- Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets preparation standards
- Handle quality check on plating before dishes leave expo
- Track timing on all tickets and manage allergy tickets
- Keep kitchen station clean and tidy
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in high volume restaurant preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and lift at least 30 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
