We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a customer-first service operation at a new car franchise dealership. You would be part of a large and still growing auto group that seeks excellence.
What you will do
- Lead day-to-day service operations, service advisors, technicians, dispatch, and shop workflow
- Drive productivity, efficiency, ELR, GP, and CSI performance
- Ensure strong repair order quality, warranty compliance, and audit readiness
- Partner with Parts and Sales leadership to improve throughput and customer experience
- Build a culture of accountability, training, and continuous improvement
Requirements (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years of Service Manager experience in an automotive dealership
- New car franchise dealership experience
- CDK experience is a MUST
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve KPIs, and stabilize processes
- Strong track record improving CSI/NPS while increasing gross and hours sold
- Experience with scheduling, dispatch optimization, and technician retention
