The Supervisor, Operations oversees warehouse operations at a company location working closely with the Branch Manager, which includes receiving, stocking, and shipping as well as directly managing the warehouse team while ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse.
This position will serve our Rheem Midwest Distribution Division, located in West Allis, WI .
- 5+ years of a strong background in warehouse operations, delivery, shipping and receiving, and inventory required
- HVAC industry experience a plus, but not required
- Warehouse management experience preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Must be able to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to delegate tasks when necessary
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work with customers, contractors, and employees in a professional manner
- Excellent people management skills, including employee and customer relations, recruiting, training, and development
- Great communication skills with the ability and desire to influence and a lead a team
- High level of organization and follow through
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
