What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of the Hotel—welcoming guests, solving problems, and setting the tone for a seamless stay. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process

Managing reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Handling payments, verifying IDs, and maintaining accurate records in our property management system

Resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed

Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction

Promoting hotel amenities, local attractions, and upselling services when appropriate

Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment
Requirements:
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s sharp, personable, and ready to grow. Ideal candidates will have:

Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)

Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach

Familiarity with hotel systems (StayNTouch is a bonus) is a plus

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
