We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and eager-to-learn Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our leadership team at our CMS 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn every aspect of nursing home operations while working alongside an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who has successfully led the building for more than five years and has consistently achieved outstanding clinical, operational, and regulatory outcomes.
This is not a "sit and observe" internship. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day leadership of the facility while developing the knowledge and confidence necessary to become an exceptional nursing home administrator.
Clinical and regulatory operations

Train in a CMS 5-Star facility recognized for excellent resident outcomes.
Learn directly from an Administrator with 5+ years of successful leadership experience in the same building.
