Overview
We are looking for experienced sales professionals who thrive on outbound prospecting, building relationships, and closing business. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking sales performers with backgrounds in mortgage, finance, insurance, banking, real estate, or other high-volume consultative sales environments.
Compensation:
- $1,500 monthly base salary
- $150 per completed application submitted
- $250 per application submitted with supporting documentation
- Monthly production bonuses
- Additional closing incentives on funded transactions

Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Maintain excellent customer service by understanding client requirements, answering inquiries promptly, and providing ongoing support
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Mortgage, banking, finance, insurance, merchant cash advance, or real estate sales experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable making 100–150 outbound calls daily
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Pay: $50,387.04 - $60,681.17 per year
