You’ll be part of the crew that keeps properties safe, clears wildfire hazards, and delivers top-quality finishes every time. This role is perfect if you're hardworking, safety-minded, and looking to grow in arboriculture.
What You’ll Do
- Drive trucks with trailers, perform daily safety inspections
- Help climbers by hoisting tools, rigging, and lowering branches
- Use chainsaws, handsaws, clippers, and other tools to assist with pruning and removal
- Operate chippers, loaders, brush tools; feed brush/limbs into chipper
- Assist with cleanup: debris removal, loading trucks, keeping the site clean
- Maintain tools: sharpening, lubrication, inspection
- Communicate with crew leads, clients, and teammates; maintain professionalism
- Follow all safety rules and wear PPE (provided) at all times

Who You Are
- 1-2 years experience in tree care, ground crew, chainsaw work, or related field (or strong desire to learn)
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Able to lift 50-75+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather, handle physically demanding tasks
- Good communication, teamwork, attention to detail
- Safety conscious, reliable, and eager to grow
