Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This individual serves as a key partner between Social, Creative, Marketing, Digital, Merchandising, PR, and Operations, ensuring content is strategically planned, developed, scheduled, published, and tracked effectively. Effective partnership and communication capabilities are essential. A background in fashion, denim, lifestyle, retail or consumer brands is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Content Calendar Management across both of our brands. Includes building, maintaining, updating and communicating the calendar while proactively gathering input from key stakeholders.
- Content Creation & Social Execution by creating and executing platform-native content that supports brand objectives and engage the target audience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Performance Reporting & Analytics - own weekly reporting process and provide accurate, organized performance data that supports strategic decision-making.
- Community Management by supporting meaningful engagement with customers and followers while protecting brand reputation and maintaining each brand's voice.
- Influencer & Campaign Support - provide executional support for influencer partnerships, campaign rollouts, and paid social initiatives.
- Trend Monitoring, AI & Industry Awareness - Stay informed on platform updates, emerging content trends, social best practices, and AI tools that support brand growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3–5 years of social media experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, retail, beauty, or consumer brands
- Demonstrated experience creating and editing short-form social content
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
- Experience with social scheduling and reporting platforms such as Sprout Social
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools including CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for content development, reporting, research, or workflow efficiency
- Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging AI platforms and technologies — actively tests new tools and brings informed recommendations to the team
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable collaborating across departments and building relationships with stakeholders
- Comfortable appearing on camera and directing content when needed
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as business needs require
Salary - $80,000 - $85,000
