Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is primarily responsible for operating Raymond Reach Trucks and other warehouse equipment while supporting daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, inventory sorting, and product management.
Shift Schedules
1st Shift: 3:30 PM - finish (typically 11/12AM), Monday – Friday
OT required when business demands are high.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers
- Successful completion of equipment operation assessment during interview
- Basic computer literacy required
- Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift
- Experience operating double-length pallet jacks
- Ability to wear and use a headset for computer-generated picking instructions (instructions are provided in English only)
- Must wear steel-toe boots on site
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not temperature controlled
Job Duties
- Operate Raymond Reach Trucks to move, stack, and retrieve pallets safely within the warehouse
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift
- Perform order picking using headset-directed picking systems
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to company standards
- Sort and organize inventory to ensure proper storage and accessibility
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Stage, wrap, and prepare pallets for outbound shipments
- Perform inventory checks, product counts, and stock replenishment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse aisles and storage locations
- Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
