Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Brazilian steakhouse. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable & memorable dining experience.
Duties
- Introduce the concept of a Brazilian Steakhouse to our guests and answer any questions they may have
- Have knowledge of beer, wine, & liquor
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure all dining areas are sanitized and well-maintained throughout service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
- Manage time effectively to accommodate multiple tables and guests simultaneously.
- Work as a team & communicate with fellow servers.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred,
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have top notch customer service.
Must be able to work weekend and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
