Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will educate homeowners and businesses on the benefits of solar energy, design customized energy solutions, and guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to contract execution. This role requires strong communication, technical understanding of solar systems, and a passion for renewable energy
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition & Consultation
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, canvassing, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to assess customer energy needs.
- Present solar, battery storage, and EV charging solutions tailored to customer goals.
Sales & Closing
- Prepare proposals, financial models, and ROI analyses.
- Educate customers on financing options, tax incentives, and utility programs.
- Negotiate and close contracts to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Track leads, proposals, and contract status through the sales pipeline.
- Provide timely follow-up and customer support throughout the process.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, project managers, and installation crews to ensure seamless project handoff.
- Provide market feedback to improve company offerings and strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24,960.00 - $111,112.94 per year
