We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, good attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and maintained according to established standards.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work part-time evening shifts, including weekends.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning standards and safety practices is beneficial.
- Porter experience is an advantage for maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Perform heavy-duty cleaning services upon request and complete assigned weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning tasks.
