- 15-20 Group classes per week

POSITION OVERVIEW
Parisi Speed School Raleigh is seeking a highly competitive, energetic, and leadership-driven Head Coach to help lead and scale the premier athletic performance training facility in Southern Wake County.
This is not simply a coaching position.
This is a leadership role responsible for:
- athlete development,
- staff leadership,
- program execution,
- performance programming,
- TrainHeroic app education and implementation
- Maintaining the elite training culture that separates Parisi Raleigh from every other athletic performance facility in the area.
The Head Coach will work directly with the Manager and ownership to ensure Parisi Speed School Raleigh continues to set the standard for athletic performance development in the Triangle.
The right person must:

CORE MISSION OF THE ROLE
The Head Coach is responsible for ensuring:
- Every athlete receives elite-level coaching,
- Every coach delivers high-level instruction,
- Every workout is purposeful and progressive,
- and the facility continues operating at championship standards.
This position is central to protecting and expanding Parisi Raleigh’s competitive advantage in the market.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Staff Management
- Lead and manage all performance coaches
- Hold staff accountable to Parisi coaching standards
- Create a high-energy, high-accountability coaching culture
- Assist with onboarding and development of new coaches
- Conduct ongoing coach evaluations and mentorship
- Ensure coaches maintain professionalism and athlete engagement
- Help build a championship-level team environment
Programming & Athlete Development
- Design and oversee workout programming for:
- Youth athletes
- Middle school athletes
- High school athletes
- Collegiate athletes
- Adult performance groups
- Ensure programming follows Parisi principles and periodization
- Oversee athlete progression and long-term development
- Modify programs based on the athlete's needs and goals
- Ensure workouts are challenging, competitive, and measurable
- Track performance metrics and athlete improvements
Facility Operations Support
- Work directly with the Manager on daily operations
- Assist with scheduling and coach coverage
- Ensure sessions start and end on time
- Maintain facility energy, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Help improve systems and operational efficiency
Team Sales & Growth
- Support off-site team training opportunities
- Help secure relationships with local schools, teams, and organizations
- Participate in PEAK training development and expansion
- Support athlete retention and parent relationships
- Help grow the Parisi Raleigh brand throughout Southern Wake County

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strength & Conditioning Certification preferred
- Coaching experience in athletic performance training
- Team sport coaching experience preferred
- Experience working with middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of speed development and movement mechanics
- Ability to manage high-energy training environments
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Base Salary
$30,000 annually
Additional Commission Opportunities
- Off-site team sales
- PEAK training revenue
- Additional growth incentives
