Beespoke Consulting is looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Part-Time Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our growing family of brands.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety. One day you may be creating social media graphics and scheduling content; the next, you could be updating a website, preparing an e-newsletter, coordinating with vendors, or helping bring an upcoming event to life.
The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and excited to jump in wherever needed.
ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital Content
- Assist with content creation and management across Beespoke brands
- Create and schedule social media posts, stories, reels, and other digital content
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
- Make routine website updates, including adding and updating content, events, photos, and other information
- Create, format, and send e-newsletters and other email marketing communications
- Help maintain email lists and keep digital content current and organized
Graphic Design & Marketing
- Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva and other design tools
- Assist with flyers, invitations, event signage, presentations, social graphics, and promotional materials
- Support traditional marketing efforts, including print materials, signage, promotional items, and community outreach
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and other marketing partners as needed
- Help ensure brand standards are maintained across all materials
Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist with planning and executing Beespoke events, programs, and activations
- Help communicate with sponsors, speakers, and attendees to coordinate and share event details
- Assist with event registration, signage, materials, décor, and setup
- Provide on-site support before, during, and after events
- Help manage event timelines, checklists, and follow-up
General Brand Support
- Support marketing initiatives across all Beespoke Consulting brands and projects
- Assist with special projects, partnerships, sponsorships, and community initiatives
- Help keep marketing assets, photos, files, and project materials organized
- Jump in where needed to help the team execute ideas and keep projects moving
We're Looking for Someone Who Is
- Creative with a strong eye for design
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
- Familiar with Canva and major social media platforms
- Comfortable working with website content management and email marketing platforms
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities
- Comfortable interacting professionally with clients, partners, vendors, sponsors, and event attendees
- Positive, resourceful, and willing to jump in and figure things out
Schedule
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Much of the work can be scheduled flexibly; however, availability for meetings, events, and on-site activities will be required.
Because our events and projects vary throughout the year, hours may fluctuate based on the Beespoke team's needs.
