We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our moving team. As a Mover or Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting and handling customers' belongings with care and professionalism. This is a physically active, team-oriented role with consistent work and real growth potential.

Responsibilities
- Represent the company to clients and fellow workers with our core values
- Do your part to Keep Standards High and Waves Low by performing high quality work with minimal damages
- Practice The Jonah's Movers Way consistently
- Adapt to special needs and issues that arise so that each move is unique and tailored to client needs
- Be on time so the team meets the Guaranteed Arrival Window
- Load and unload vehicles by hand or by use of a hand truck or dolly
- Wrap furniture with blankets, shrink wrap and other materials to prevent damages
- Wrap dishes and fragile items in packing paper and pack them into containers
- Stack and secure items in position on trucks to prevent damage during shipment
- Assist in cleaning trucks, tools, work areas and equipment
- Collect and remove all company provided materials, tools and trash from client’s home
- Know and follow all safety rules and safe practices
- Have knowledge of and use industry-accepted processes for furniture and equipment handling
- Wear uniform, including all required safety items
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, without special restrictions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical, and periodic retests.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
